| The Fountain of Youth Lifestyle (FoYL) Tripeptide Collagen has been independently tested by a leading European university using pharmaceutical laboratory models. |
FoYL's tripeptide collagen has undergone independent, third-party, pharmaceutical laboratory testing by the University of Studies of Milan to evaluate not just composition, but functional biological performance - something never done before for collagen ingredients.
The independent studies were conducted by:
Università degli Studi di Milano (University of Studies of Milan) - Dipartimento di Scienze Farmaceutiche (Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences) (DiSFaRM)
Final Scientific Report Date: 27 June 2025
Click Here to view a synopsis of the clinical trial results (opens in a new window).
Independent laboratory testing demonstrated that FoYL's tripeptide collagen is fundamentally different from standard or hydrolysed collagen products.
Rather than acting solely as a source of amino acids, FoYL's ultra-low molecular weight tripeptide collagen was shown to behave as a bioactive peptide system, interacting with key metabolic and vascular pathways under controlled laboratory conditions.
Up to 5× Higher Predicted Bioactivity
Advanced peptide mapping showed that FoYL's tripeptide collagen exhibits up to five times greater predicted biological activity compared with conventional collagen peptides.
What this means for you:
More of the collagen you consume is biologically "active", not just digested and discarded.
Precision Peptides for Superior Absorption
This size range aligns with the optimal zone for collagen peptide absorption and signalling, allowing peptides to be rapidly absorbed while retaining their functional activity.
What this means for you:
Your body can absorb and use this collagen more efficiently than standard, larger collagen peptides.
Laboratory testing showed that FoYL's tripeptide collagen:
What this means for you:
Support for metabolic balance - not through stimulants or drugs, but by working with your body's own signalling systems.
The studies also demonstrated interaction with enzyme systems involved in:
What this means for you:
FoYL collagen supports whole-body wellbeing, not just skin, hair, or joints.
Proven to Remain Active in the Gut
Importantly, FoYL's tripeptide collagen retained biological activity in human intestinal cell models (in-situ testing).
Most collagen products are never tested this way or to this level.
What this means for you:
This collagen doesn't just look good on paper - it remains active where absorption actually occurs.
What this means for you:
Designed for daily use as part of a long-term wellness routine.
Most collagen products rely on:
FoYL's collagen is supported by independent university-led testing demonstrating:
This positions FoYL collagen as a next-generation, precision-designed collagen, not a commodity protein powder.

I am feeling really good.
It took a few cups to adjust to the taste
now I am looking forward to it every morning
My daughter has told me my skin looks good which was nice to hear.
I use Esmi skin care I really love it for my skin. I have used a variety of of skin care products over the years as my skin ages and changes so for now I am really comfortable with the Esmi products.
I walk and do pilates and seem to have plenty of energy. I care for my husband who is on dialysis so feeling relatively fit helps
I am looking forward to to contining with your great product thankyou
Hi Deb, we're so happy to hear you're enjoying the Collagen and feeling great! It's wonderful that it's making a positive difference in your energy and skin. Thank you for sharing your experience, and we look forward to supporting your wellness journey.
I love the pure bovine collagen sachets , so easy and convenient in one little parcel. We were going on holiday so I thought they would be convenient to take with me. I have noticed an improvement in my skin (smoother) and hair, nails etc. Great product.
Hi Sally! Hope you had a wonderful holiday! We're so glad to hear you're enjoying the collagen sachets and noticing positive results! Thanks for sharing your experience. 🙂
Still making my mind up about this. I love the fizzy sherbet feeling on my tongue and the taste is lovely, but it hasn’t really helped with some things. My nails seem to be stronger but my ‘regularity’ hasn’t changed. I’ve got a lot more packs to get through, so I’m going to keep persisting, hopefully things change.
Hi Claire, thanks for sharing your experience! We're glad you enjoy the taste and fizz, and we appreciate your patience as you continue using the product, hair, skin and nails will tend to take a bit more time as you have to wait for the old cells will grow out :). Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need further support. Keep us posted on your progress!
Thank you for your positive rating, Sally! We're glad you're happy with the product.
I'm so grateful to have found this product. Unlike other collagen products, this is a small teaspoon size dosage that completely dissolves unlike the big gluggy chunk dosage of others. It is easy, convenient on the go in individually wrapped little gifts for me each day. I look forward to it. I put it in my yogurt, coffee, matcha and even in my delicious chocolate with pistachio, date and fig bark. I just love it! Love that it is a tri peptide, giving me more and it has absolutely no taste or smell and I mean that! Others say it but, this one is the real deal. Thanks for this incredible gift!

My first time taking FOYL, it’s only been 6 weeks and I’m already feeling the benefits..
I have lower lumbar disease, and I’m noticing considerably less pain 😊
I also purchased the tripeptide body candy and I reach for them later in the day instead of a biscuit and keeps me going until dinner time. The sachets work well because I don’t have to measure anything..
I’m definitely going to order more..

My Skin is showing a marked improvement in plumpness, fullness and a decrease in fine lines. Generally what I would call as glowing. I am 57 yrs old and have been getting several compliments.
My hair seems to have new baby growth occurring. As yet I have not noticed a difference in my finger nails.
Unfortunately I do not notice any improvement or difference in my knee ankle or toe joints ( pain and movement) . TBH this was the main reason for my purchasing.
That said for the benefits and improvement in my skin I will defiantly keep purchasing. I can absolutely recommend this product for skin vitality, however I cannot recommend for joint issue ( hence the 4 star review instead of 5 ) and as such am glad I brought the product while it was on special. It was a great promotion. Thanks TFOYL
