Shipping policy

SHIPPING
We cover ALL shipping costs for ALL purchases you make on The Fountain of Youth Lifestyle website anywhere in Australia and the USA. All Australian purchases are shipped using Australia Post Parcel Post Standard Shipping. All USA purchases are shipped using USPS.

Australian Express Post Shipping is available at the checkout for a flat rate AUD$20 shipping fee. USA Express Post Shipping is available at the checkout for a flat rate USD$10 shipping fee.

All orders are generally dispatched the same business day if ordered before 2pm, or the next business day if ordered after 2pm.  All orders include tracking, which will be sent to the email address connected to your order.

Please Note: Australia Post will leave parcels in a safe place if they do not fit into the mailbox. If your property is not safe you can register for Parcel Collect or a Parcel locker at Collection points - Australia Post (auspost.com.au) Any delivery issues need to be raised with Australia Post via their website Help & support - Australia Post (auspost.com.au) or with your local post office.

The customer agrees that the parcel is considered ‘delivered’ when left at the premises. The Fountain of Youth Lifestyle cannot be liable for any parcel loss due to theft or negligence if proof of delivery is provided by the courier.

For assurance regarding shipping, we suggest using the Shipping Insurance Cover option. Please see Shipping Insurance Cover below for more information.

CLICK-AND-COLLECT AVAILABLE FROM OUR DARLINGHURST HEAD OFFICE
When placing your order, choose "Pick Up" at check-out. You will then be emailed once your order is ready for collection.
Collection hours are between 11am and 3pm Monday to Friday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AVAILABLE FROM AUSTRALIA
The Fountain of Youth Lifestyle ships to all Asia Pacific countries. All International Shipping is through Australia Post International Shipping and incurs a AUD$20.00 flat fee.

Please note this does not cover any inbound taxes and duties that may be incurred.
For international subscriptions, we offer FREE Shipping Insurance with the $20.00 shipping fee.
All international orders are exempt from Australian GST.

SHIPPING INSURANCE COVER
In your cart, you will now see a Shipping Insurance option that protects your shipment.

Please understand: if your parcel is lost, stolen, and/or damaged, we may not be able to resend without further payment. If you opt-in to the Shipping Insurance, your parcel is fully protected and, in the event of any of the above issues, will be resent to you immediately.

To claim against the insurance, please contact us immediately, at Support@FountainOfYouthLifestyle.com informing us of your situation.
