I am a month in and all seems good -no stomach issues and a gradual change in muscle tightness . I have MS, a hip replacement 12 months ago and have advanced scoliosis and Osteoporosis/Osteoarthritis😬 . I love the product and have found my aches and after using it for a couple of months I found my aches and pains have lessened. So much so, I am only taking a quarter of the pain killers I was taking before I started.
