Tripeptide Collagen Coffee Ice Cream
Turn your daily collagen coffee into dessert. This easy no-churn ice cream folds five sachets of Fountain of Youth Lifestyle™ Tripeptide Collagen Coffee into a litre of silky coffee ice cream - no ice cream machine needed.
NB: each sachet = 1 x 5 gm serve of Fountain of Youth Lifestyle™ Tripeptide Collagen Coffee.
Dessert:-
Makes approx. 1 litre.
Ingredients:
- 500 ml thickened/heavy cream (chilled)
- 1 x 395 gm can condensed milk
- 1 Tbsp seeded vanilla extract
- 5 x 5 gm sachets Fountain of Youth Lifestyle™ Tripeptide Collagen Coffee
Method:
- In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the cream to soft peaks.
- Add the condensed milk and vanilla extract, and whip until combined.
- Add all the Fountain of Youth Lifestyle™ Tripeptide Collagen Coffee sachets.
- Mix well until combined and the mixture holds firm peaks.
- Spoon into a stainless-steel baking dish.
- Cover the surface with plastic wrap and seal well.
- Store in your freezer for up to a month (if it lasts that long!).
*Tip: If you like your ice cream extra light, let it freeze for an hour or so, remove it from the freezer and stir vigorously with a spatula, then return it to the freezer.
*Let it thaw for 10-15 minutes before serving for perfect scooping.
