I’m on 1.5 weeks now. Received quite late despite paying express post.
I started with the coffee. As per review, the coffee were strong but I don’t mind and do put extra water to lessen the strength. My 2nd week now and trying the powder mixing with my drinks.
I do find my pins & needles on my wrists has lessen, finger nails are growing faster, the arthritis swelling finger is not red, no pain and dark skin colour under the finger nails has lessen as well. I took it at night as per review and it does help with sleeping.
