I have been taking the Bovine Collagen powder daily for about 8 weeks. My nails are growing like crazy and are very strong. No more splitting or breaking. I’ve been on the Fountain of youth Lifestyle Tripetide Collagen for just under 2 weeks. The first thing that happen to me within a week was my reflux has gone. I didn’t get reflux every day but it has been getting worse if I didn’t eat good food. Well it’s gone! I’ve eaten several things lately that I would always feel uncomfortable after and nothing has happened. This was the last thing I expected from the collagen. I can’t wait to see what happens over the next month. This stuff is awesome. I just take at night in a glass of water 🎉🎉
