If you’ve been following my website for any length of time, you know that I do extensive research before I ever recommend anything to my readers. Weight loss is a subject close to my heart because I have literally lost over 50 pounds, and I was extremely unhappy with my body and how I felt physically and mentally when I was overweight.
Fifty pounds is a lot of weight. That is literally ten 5-lb bags of sugar. Think about that! Ten bags of sugar! That’s huge!
My clothes didn’t fit, my gut hung over my pants, and I was forced to wear loose fitting tops to cover my muffin top. I even pinned the top of a few pairs of my “favorite” pants because I couldn’t stand the thought of not wearing them anymore.
What supplements to lose weight with? Stick with me, and I’ll share with you exactly how I lost 50 pounds, what supplements I used, and don’t worry! It was actually super easy!
How I gained the weight
I gained the weight slowly. In fact, I barely noticed I was putting it on until, boom, I was uncomfortable and not liking any pictures people took of me! It just snuck up on me. I know why, and it’s probably why most people gain weight. Poor lifestyle choices.
I really had no excuse. I’ve been into nutrition for most of my adult life, and people turn to me for advice on what they should eat for help with “this” and what they should eat to help with “that.” I was good at putting together plans for other people, and meanwhile every time I passed a convenient store, I was grabbing a bag of chips or a candy bar. No kidding, it was ridiculous.
I was a junk food junkie. I honestly think I had a sugar addiction. I had bags of M&M’s in my purse at all times, Nibble nibble nibble, crunch crunch crunch. It’s no wonder I packed on the pounds. I did always put together nutritious meals (because I had four children), and I was huge on teaching them how to eat healthy, but meanwhile, I was taking candy out of their Halloween bags on the regular. Sigh…
Two things happened. First, a very dear friend of mine was diagnosed with a serious, life-threatening condition, and so the hunt for dietary cures was on. She had developed cancer, and I was convinced that we could cure her through diet. I always believe in following the doctor’s advice but assaulting the disease with diet as well. After all, medicine is administered through the mouth, same as food. Food can do miraculous things!
I also began searching for supplements that claimed to fight cancer as well! That was quite a feat, and I researched hard, let me tell you.
As we worked together to limit the bad and include the good, I began to think twice before popping all that sugar into my own body. Sugar will literally kill you, and that’s when the second thing happened.
My daughter developed “pre-diabetes.” When that happened, I stopped consuming sugar in unity with her. She was my daughter, and I would be a hypocrite to tell her to stop with the sugar while I snuck the treats on the side. I just couldn’t do it. So I threw out the candy, and I really started thinking about what I was putting into my own mouth. I actually started following my own advice.
What I did
I did a few things! First, I stopped eating the junk. Look, I’m not going to lie to you and tell you I never eat sweets, I definitely do. I eat them occasionally as a “treat,” not regularly like I was.
If I want a snack or I have a sweet tooth, I grab an apple, some blueberries or a banana. I eat avocados for snacks or tuna fish with celery. I enjoy my snacks just as much, honestly, and they’re more filling, more satisfying, and I smile while I eat them knowing all the good things they’re doing for my body.
Secondly, I knew I needed some help. Not all my weight gain was from my choices. I was getting older, and I knew that some of it was maybe my metabolism. So I started researching (which is what I do), and I came across information on HGH (human growth hormone). I kept coming across HGH for weight loss and in cancer research. If you’ve been following me, you’ve seen my articles on HGH production in the body. You know that HGH is the fountain of youth, and that the production of HGH drops off drastically after age 30. Yikes!
I discovered that people (especially movie stars and athletes) started injecting synthetic HGH into their bodies in the hopes that they could re-capture their youth. The side effects were terrible, and so this synthetic HGH is not recommended!
What is recommended, however, is increasing your own natural HGH levels, and there are supplements you can take to enable your body to produce more of its own HGH. Now that’s the real fountain of youth. The results of this taking this type of supplement are astounding. Not only for weight loss, but for maintaining healthy sugar levels and for fighting cancer! Wow!
I found one product, in particular, that is doctor recommended and comes with a 60-day money back guarantee that is way above the rest for results. It’s called GenF20 Plus®, and I actually break down the ingredients that are in this product (and go over each ingredient and the benefits to your body) in this article. Read about this amazing product right here:
The pounds dropped off
Literally. They melted away. As I began to focus on my own health, eating nutritious food and taking my GenF20 Plus® supplements, I realized the one missing component in my plan was exercise, so I started with baby steps. I began walking a mere 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening.
As I got bored with the small walks (really I got bored with where they could take me), I started becoming a little more creative and diverse in where I walked, how long I walked, and whom I walked with. I started really enjoying my walks, breathing deeply as I huffed up hills or around my local pond! Aaah!
I believe it was the GenF20 Plus® that actually gave me the energy to really enjoy the exercise. I am on fire with energy! My focus has improved, my anxiety is gone, and I am looking and feeling so much better. Here’s a peek into my personal life. The pictures on the left show me with the extra weight, and the ones on the right show me today! I thought it might give you some incentive to see that if I actually was able to do it, then you can too!
Please tell me what you think!
Another thing that helped
There’s one more thing that put the icing on the cake, and took my health to a new level. It’s called CBD Oil. I’m sure by now you’ve heard of it; it’s kind of all the rage right now. I really had to take a good, hard look at CBD oil when it just kept coming up in all my research.
About a year ago, I started taking a serious look and trying some different CBD products, but once again (as it usually happens), one stood out among the rest and gave me the results I was looking for.
It’s called CTFO (Changing The Future Outcome) CBD, and the company makes a variety of products. I personally use the CBD oil and the facial cream. I love them both. I am now sleeping through the night, which I struggled with for over a year, and my anxiety is all but gone! Literally. the stuff is truly amazing.
You can read about it here. I wrote an article about the benefits of CBD Oil and a little about the hemp plant that it is derived from. (Note: The hemp plant and the marijuana plant are in the same plant family, but they are not the same plant! The hemp plant has a negligible amount of THC in it. It does not give you the “high” like the marijuana plant. All this is explained in this article):
What supplements to lose weight? The two I highly recommend are the GenF20 Plus® and the CBD Oil. Both of these products help with blood sugar levels and are great for weight loss, along with a long list of miraculous benefits for your new fountain of youth lifestyle!
If you want to look and feel your best, please try these two products. Both of them come with a 60-day money back guarantee, so you can try them with absolutely no risk. My recommendation is to do just that to experience how amazing they are. Then please come back and let me see your progress! I’m here for you every step of the way!
