Health and keeping young have been passions of mine since I turned 20 years old.  I was no longer a teenager, and I suddenly started thinking about maintaining my youth throughout life.  Studying nutrition has been my lifelong mission, and now I have a venue to share this great information with you!

My favorite motto is, “We only dance on this rock for a very short time, so let’s dance to the end, shall we?”  I am older now, and I’ve had ups and downs throughout my life when it comes to healthy choices and lifestyle.   We all know what we should be doing and what we should be eating, but it’s not easy to get there. It’s easier, sometimes, to give up. We see the pounds growing around our waist, we see the lines forming on our faces, but we’re tired. We just want to plop down after working all day.  Plop plop fizz fizz.

That is exactly where I was for a period of my life, but I am not there any longer! I have finally made so many of the changes in my lifestyle that I’ve wanted to make, and I am simply amazed at the results!  What is so amazing is that I have finally found a way to actually change my habits.  I have completely let go of several habits I knew were bad for me, and I have developed habits that have made a positive difference.   I feel energized all day, and when I look in the mirror, I don’t hate what I see! I feel attractive and young!

Not bad for a mother of two sets of twins; my daughters are 22 now, and my sons are 25 years old.  I have two beautiful grandchildren and a very busy schedule.  It is imperative for me to feel my best, and now I do!



I believe it’s just built into my DNA, to be perfectly honest. I have always been the type of person to care for other people.   Now that I have learned so much about nutrition and lifestyle change, I want to share it so that everyone can experience the difference it can make in their lives, just like it’s done in mine!

Anxiety is running rampant; I can’t tell you how many of my friends and family members suffer with it on a regular basis. Obesity is at record levels, leading to a wide range of diseases and conditions. It’s scary. If I can help one person avoid suffering in pain throughout their later years in life, then God has sent me here for a reason.  I have made it my mission to be an expert in all things nutrition and health!
